It took four hours to splice numerous cake bodies together and then coat them with cream for decoration. A 6.5-kilometer-long vanilla cake weighing about 27000kg was successfully made, which broke the world record.
Naushad, Secretary-General of the Kerala Bakery Association, said: "The purpose of this activity is to show the world our technical efforts and ensure that the hygiene and taste meet the current standards."
